Job summary

RealmOne, headquartered in Columbia, MD, seeks a Signals Analyst with RF signals analysis proficiency to determine signal structure, parameters, and behavior. Expertise in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA is preferred, with TechELINT experience strongly desired.

The role supports a team of specialists across data science, cybersecurity, and defense, contributing to mission-critical analytics for national security. Active clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

Job Description:

We are looking for a true Signals Analyst proficient in RF signals analysis and understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior. You will need to be skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA, and expertise in more than 1 is preferred.

The Level 1 Signals Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:

• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.


• Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience.


• HS diploma or GED with 6 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent) or who have completed relevant military training (9141 (Navy Tech ELINT Analyst 1N2A (Air Force Tech ELINT Analyst 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis); or who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP) Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP).


• Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program.


• TechELINT experience is required.


• Highly desired candidates will have completed SIGE3810, SIGE4810, or MCCEP Phase 1.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range:

95,000-138,000
