Job summary

Parsons is seeking a SIGINT Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) for the US Army Pacific (USARPAC), based at Fort Shafter, HI. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly and deep SIGINT knowledge to analyze, store, and integrate data into finished intelligence products.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, manage collections and analytic databases, and contribute to serialized IC reporting with minimal supervision. Shift work is required and security clearances are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree.
• 8 years’ experience in a multi-skilled team environment producing intelligence analysis.
• Detailed knowledge of SIGINT collection and related concepts, principles, and practices.
• Detailed knowledge of all-source analysis, public information, and open-source networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to proofread and finalize intelligence products for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct persona-based analysis to discover and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).
• Manage collection, target knowledge, and analytic databases for political-military developments.
• Develop and maintain analytic procedures to meet changing requirements.
• Participate in customer requirements: advise mission development and attend meetings.
• Identify and address collection gaps by leveraging multi-discipline intelligence resources.
• Prioritize, evaluate, and report information with minimal oversight in serialized IC reporting.
• Note: Shift Work required.

Parsons is now hiring a SIGINT Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer.

Specific Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth persona-based analysis to discover, develop, analyze, and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of contingency operations, operational-level planning, and joint or partner organizations throughout INDOPACOM.
• Manage collection, target knowledge, and analytic databases for future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities, doctrine, and regional security and economic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance.
• Participate in customer requirements: advise mission development, aid all-source analysis, and attend analytical and operational meetings.
• Identify and address collection and intelligence gaps by leveraging multi-discipline intelligence and available resources.
• Prioritize, evaluate, and report information. Require minimal oversight through production cycle by authoring and contributing to serialized IC reporting in line with style and usage policies.
• Note: Shift Work required

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
• 8 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
• Detailed knowledge of SIGINT collection
• Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
• Detailed knowledge of all-source analysis, publicly available information, and open source networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
• Valid US Passport
• Active DoD TS/SCI with CI poly

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working SIGINT analytical support with a focus on INDOPACOM threats is highly preferred
• Previous experience supporting an NSA TOPI
• Experience supporting service component intelligence missions
• Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations
• Knowledge of the following tools: Scout, IDScoreboard, DataXplorer, TargetProfiler, Haven, UTT, TCCC, Rockstar

Security Clearance Requirement

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
