Summary/Objective: We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Signal Integrity Test Engineer to join our dynamic production testing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing, executing, and analyzing complex tests. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and specifications for signal integrity testing, including high-speed digital and analog testing.
  2. Execute complex signal integrity tests using advanced test equipment and software tools.
  3. Analyze test data to identify and troubleshoot signal integrity issues, such as jitter, crosstalk, and eye diagrams.
  4. Conduct thorough failure analysis to determine root causes of test failures and implement corrective actions.
  5. Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  6. Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce test times.
  7. Create clear and concise technical documentation, including test reports, procedures, and design specifications.
  8. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and product development, to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality.
  9. Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Required Experience:
  1. 5+ years’ experience in a high-speed electrical test environment.
  2. Strong understanding of signal integrity principles.
  3. Experience with high-speed digital test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, bit error rate testers (BERTs), and network analyzers.
  4. Proficiency in test automation software, such as LabVIEW, Python, or MATLAB.
  5. Strong data analysis skills, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  6. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  11. Experience working in a production environment.
Required Education:
  1. Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Science, Engineering, or another technical field.
  2. Experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
