Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Nashua, NH, is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineering Manager for its OverPass Business Unit. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
5-7 years in SI testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Laboratory experience with high-frequency test equipment (VNAs, TDRs, BERTs).
Familiarity with high-speed standards (PCIe, Ethernet) and protocols.
Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Experience with testing tools, automation, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

Guide a team of signal integrity engineers developing advanced OverPass systems.
Define test plans, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria for new features.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance and growth.
Collaborate with development, product management, and QA teams.
Drive process improvements and adoption of new testing tools and methods.
