Signal Installer - Foreman

About the Role:

The Signal Foreman plays a critical leadership role in the construction industry, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of signal systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position requires managing a team of signal technicians and coordinating with project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards. The Signal Foreman is responsible for interpreting technical drawings and specifications to guide the team in executing complex signal system tasks. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards is paramount to protect both personnel and infrastructure. Ultimately, the role demands a proactive approach to problem‑solving and communication to maintain uninterrupted signal operations and support overall project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in signal system installation and maintenance within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role managing technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of signal system components, electrical wiring, and safety regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
