Job summary

FASTSIGNS Burnsville is seeking a hands-on Sign & Vinyl Graphic Installer to bring brands to life in the field and at customer sites. You’ll install signs and graphics indoors and outdoors, using a range of tools to ensure precise, high-quality results.

You’ll work mostly outside the shop on installs, with opportunities to train and advance as you gain experience. A valid driving record and willingness to travel for assignments are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record.
• Highly skilled and comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Bonus points for prior sign and vinyl graphics installation experience or experience operating lifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the Install: take full responsibility for all on- and off-site sign and print media installations.
• Problem Solve: assess environments on the fly to determine tools, techniques, and safety for flawless installations.
• Measure Twice, Install Once: verify measurements before starting any project.
• Adapt & Collaborate: work independently on small jobs and with the crew for large-scale installs.

You'll play a hands-on role in getting finished signs and graphics exactly where they need to be - whether planted firmly in the ground, mounted to a building, wrapped on a vehicle, or hanging high from a ceiling.

What You'll Do

Most of your days will be spent out of the shop and in the field, utilizing a variety of tools to assemble, erect, and hang items indoors and out.

• Own the Install: Take full responsibility for all on- and off-site sign and print media installations.
• Problem Solve: Assess physical environments on the fly to determine the best tools, techniques, and safety measures for a flawless installation.
• Measure Twice, Install Once: Review all job requirements and personally verify measurements before starting any project.
• Adapt & Collaborate: Work effectively on your own for solo jobs, and team up seamlessly with the rest of the crew for large-scale installations.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Basics: Must be at least 18 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Tool Proficiency: Highly skilled and comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Bonus Points (Preferred, but not required): Previous experience installing signs and vinyl graphics, or experience operating scissor lifts and bucket trucks. We provide ongoing training for the right candidate!
