Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated sign production worker to create and assemble signs and graphics for diverse projects. You will handle substrates, cutting, laminating, and applying, with potential field installations on vehicles and buildings, using ladders or lifts.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely delivery. Training is provided, with compensation between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour based on experience, plus paid time off and paid training

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of power tools and hardware for sign production and installation.
• Basic knowledge of vinyl, laminate and substrates a plus.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the physical production of signs, including preparing substrates, cutting printed graphics using a variety of cutting tools, laminate, and applying the product to substrates according to company system.
• May also be required to work in the field performing installations to vehicles, and building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system.
• Follow production cues and meet deadlines utilizing work orders that outline specifics for each custom order.
• Keep good communication with teammates in a professional manner.
• Maintain and clean production equipment.
