Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas is seeking a Full Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Radiology team. Shift is M-F 6:00am-2:00pm with weekly and holiday call rotation; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will work under Radiologists and management to acquire diagnostic images, inject nuclides, and assist with procedures, using Siemens Evo Symbia S equipment. Required: Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine, Texas license, ARRT(N) or NMTCB, and BLS CPR.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine required.
• Texas license and ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required.
• Current BLS CPR certification required.
• Entry level experience acceptable; >1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire diagnostic images under radiologist supervision using ALARA principles.
• Inject and distribute nuclides for anatomy enhancement.
• Assist with invasive procedures as requested.
