Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN may be required for leadership track depending on hire date.
• RN license is required.
• Basic life support (BLS) and ACLS certifications.
• NRP, PALS, and/or other clinical certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the health-care team.
• Coordinate care and document outcomes for each patient.
