Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a skilled Sign Language Interpreter for a full-time, on-site role in South Holland, IL, for the 2026-2027 school year. The position offers a 32.5-hour work week with competitive hourly pay and local contract terms.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of professional interpreting experience, valid credential in Sign Language Interpretation, and the ability to work in an educational setting. Sponsorship is not provided at this time.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

• Duration: ASAP - 06/01/2027
• Location: South Holland, IL
• Location Type: On-Site
• Schedule: Full Time
• Hours: 32.50
• Grade/Age Levels: Elementary School
• Weekly Pay Range: $37.94 – $43.42 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Sign Language Interpreter:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
