Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in sign installation or related field (physical labor).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights and operate installation equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install signage including vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, and street signs up to 45' high.
• Read and interpret installation plans, blueprints and drawings.
• Operate installation tools and machinery safely.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients for timely installations.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare sites for installation.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
