Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a dedicated Sign Installer to perform installation and maintenance of sign products for both existing and new construction. You will install signs of all sizes on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures using a wide range of tools.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a self-motivated team player, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while delivering outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate.
• Familiarity with power tools is a plus.
• Electrical background strongly preferred.
• Previous sign installation experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exterior and interior signage installation and maintenance.
• Interpret shop drawings, site plans and sign location drawings.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Load and transport signage to installation sites.
• Prepare worksite and mounting surfaces; remove old signage as needed.
• Follow safety policies during installation stages.
• Install signage per work orders and ensure quality control.
• Keep work area clean and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain positive relationships with team and uphold company ethics.

As a Sign Installer, you will be perform installation and maintenance of sign products ordered for existing and new construction. You will install signs of all sizes on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures using a wide range of tools. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of exterior & interior signage
• Ability to comprehend shop drawings, site plans and sign location drawings
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights as well as confined spaces
• Loads and transports signage to destination
• Prepares worksite by removing unwanted signage, preparing mounting surfaces
• Follows all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phases
• Installs signage in strict compliance with the work order
• Cleans installation site
• Performs a quality control review and reports findings to store leadership
• Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
• Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Job Benefits

• Full Time : Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Compensation : $23.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
