Job summary

Infinity Sign Systems in Kansas City, MO is seeking a sign installer to join our install crew. This hands-on role involves outdoor work on various sign projects, operating tools and lifts, and collaborating with a safety‑minded team.

Ideal candidates have construction or sign installation experience and a willingness to learn. CDL is a plus and we offer training and an ESOP employee-ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, sign installation, carpentry, electrical work, fabrication, welding, or another skilled trade is a plus
• Willing to train the right person
• Able to read work orders and interpret drawings/blueprints
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing channel letters, cabinet signs, pole signs, vinyl graphics and exterior signage
• Load, unload, lift, and set signs and installation materials
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment safely
• Read orders and interpret drawings/blueprints; assist with basic electrical connections
• Work from ladders, lifts, and elevated equipment; coordinate with crew and managers

You'll be outside, on job sites, working with tools, lifts, trucks, signs, and a crew that takes pride in doing good work. We install everything from channel letters and cabinet signs to pole signs, vinyl, and other commercial signage.We're employee-owned, which means when the company does well, our team shares in that success through our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
