Job summary

Tri-State Signs fabricates, installs and services all types of signs in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas, and we are seeking Installation Technicians for growth. We work with national chains and a broad range of client projects.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with mechanical aptitude, able to read blueprints, understand basic electrical wiring, and comfortable working from a bucket truck at heights of 30–50 feet. Lifting 50–100 lbs and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• Install and service indoor and outdoor signage.
• Self-starter with initiative and drive.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Extroverted, able to tackle tasks and ask questions.
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools.
• Understands electrical wiring and basic construction concepts.
• Reads blueprints and measurements.
• Capable of working from a bucket truck up to 30–50 feet.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and maintain safety standards.
• Construction or welding program background is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Install and service indoor and outdoor signage.
• Read and interpret blueprints and measurements.
• Operate bucket truck at heights up to 30–50 feet.
• Lift and carry heavy sign components (50–100 lbs).
