Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking an Installer to join our team. You will install the finished sign or graphic indoors and outdoors, using a variety of tools and lifting materials to ensure a precise finish.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sign production, a clean driving record, and the ability to work at heights with hand tools; Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of experience in sign production; experience in install preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in sign installation.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, or lifts).
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all offsite sign and print media installations.
• Able to assess an environment for installation needs and techniques.
• Verify measurements before starting work.
• Work independently and with team members as required.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl applications: cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images.
• Operate and maintain printer(s).
• Perform QA measures pre- and post-production by reading Work Orders and proofreading.
• Finish by laminating and mounting printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels to the center/production manager or franchisee.
