Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs LLC seeks a SIGINT Technical Analyst L2 to support mission-critical programs at Ft. Gordon, GA in secure government environments. The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and extensive SIGINT collection/analysis experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions, ensure security compliance, and contribute to process improvements while supporting junior personnel growth.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Fourteen (14) years of professional experience supporting a military and/or government cryptologic mission.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Operate SIGINT collection and collection management equipment in accordance with user and position manuals.
• Support Mission Management and Collection Management activities.
• Support the implementation of collection-tasking strategies.
• Provide operational assistance to users during upgrades/installation of new collection systems.
• Participate in discussions with Offices of Primary Concern (OPC) and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments.
