Job summary

A leading defense contractor is seeking a Remote SIGINT Operations Officer to provide critical support for national intelligence operations. The role requires a strong background in mobile telecommunications technologies and Signals Intelligence methodologies. Successful candidates will be expected to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining operational readiness for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Proven experience in remote targeting and sensor operations.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas across various stakeholders.

Job description

Fenix Group is a Systems Integrator focused on battlefield technologies. Our experience in deploying specialized austere environment communications systems to enable a "Battlefield of Things" (TM) allows us to connect drones, augmented reality enabled battlefield robots, loitering munitions, and other sensor ecosystem end points to enable US military and first responders with at-the-edge intelligence.

About the Role

The Remote SIGINT Operations Officer must have a current and active FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH, maintain a strong awareness of technical trends in information technology, possess a deep working knowledge of mobile telecommunications technologies (GSM, UMTS, CDMA, 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, etc.) and Signals Intelligence methodologies; be able to apply the Sponsor’s unique sensors for classified national intelligence objectives. Work involves direct support to national mission 24/7 watch floor operations on shifts on rotating schedules. Qualified candidates must possess a working knowledge of SIGINT tools, techniques/procedures, and will have a strong background in national mission focused targeting methodologies.

Education

B.A/B.S. in Computer Engineering or related field -OR- related Intelligence Community/US military fields.

Experience
Demonstrated experience in remote targeting, sensor operations, and special operations.

Strong recent experience in wireless communications.

Demonstrated ability to work with a joint, multi-agency team.

Demonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical ideas, concepts, and thoughts across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutions.
