Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence in San Angelo is seeking A&R Training Developers with strong SIGINT expertise. You will develop and enhance training programs for the Intelligence Community, identify training needs, and create instructional materials.

The position requires collaboration with instructors and government stakeholders, along with the use of tools like Audacity and Adobe Creative Suite. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required, and the role will offer a salary range of $75,000 – $85,000 annually along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph; ability to obtain Full-Scope Polygraph.
• Minimum of 9 years total experience in relevant fields.
• Instructional Systems Design experience in the last 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document training objectives and proficiency levels.
• Develop instructional materials and collaborate with instructors.
• Design assessments to measure student mastery.
