PROLIM Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter MES Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of MES solutions for digital manufacturing initiatives. The role requires deep Opcenter expertise and strong stakeholder collaboration to deploy scalable MES architectures.

The ideal candidate will work with business, manufacturing, IT, quality, and leadership to improve efficiency, traceability, and compliance across processes, with up to 30% travel and a remote

Qualificações

• 8+ years MES experience with at least 3+ years in solution architect capacity.
• Strong hands-on Siemens Opcenter MES expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise MES architectures.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing execution processes including work instructions, routing, WIP tracking, material management, resource management, genealogy and traceability, quality, and reporting.
• Experience integrating MES with ERP, PLM, Quality, Warehouse Management, SCADA, PLC, and Historian systems.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, architecture documentation, and implementation leadership.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, XML, JSON, SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.

• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
• Support pre-sales efforts including solution presentations, estimations, proposals, and architecture reviews.

Location: Remote (Up to 30% travel based on customer and project requirements)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter MES Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for digital manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter, manufacturing operations, solution architecture, and enterprise system integrations.

This role requires working directly with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, quality organizations, IT teams, and executive leadership to design and deploy scalable MES solutions that improve operational efficiency, production visibility, traceability, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MES architecture and solution design activities.
• Conduct discovery workshops and define future-state manufacturing processes.
• Design scalable Siemens Opcenter MES solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Define integration architecture between MES and enterprise systems.
