Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain log data pipelines using Cribl, ArcSight, Kafka, AWS, Linux, and Windows servers.
• Troubleshoot data flow issues from SIEM data collection to storage or SIEM destination.
• Develop or improve automation with scripts, Ansible, or AWS tools.
• Document tasks, processes, changes, and status; provide team training.
• Engage with customers during project phases and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Ensure product uptime and adherence to agency policies.
