Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a SIEM Automation Consultant to design, implement, and optimize SOAR within the Cortex XSIAM ecosystem. This remote role targets professionals with Cortex XSOAR/XSIAM, SOC operations, and automation development experience who translate complex requirements into scalable security workflows.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their security transformation journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting.
• Hands‑on experience building automation playbooks and integrations within SOAR and/or SIAM.
• Strong Python development skills with experience utilizing RESTful APIs and JSON for security automation and integrations.
• Experience working in Security Operations (SOC) environments with a solid understanding of incident response processes and security workflows.
• Knowledge of enterprise security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders while managing multiple customer engagements.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments, cybersecurity incident response, or large‑scale enterprise security deployments is preferred.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000 based on experience
