Modern Exterior LLC. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager specializing in exterior renovations to lead projects from pre-install to finish.

You will coordinate crews, subs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards. Regular site visits, budget management, and change-order review will be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining strong client relationships.

Formación

• Experience with roofing or siding required.
• Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing ladders.
• Able to lift 80+ lbs.
• Knowledge of construction management principles (resource allocation, quality control).

Your expertise will drive profitability, foster strong client relationships, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all construction efforts.

** Duties**

• Manage project execution from day of install to finish, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and schedule milestones.
• Control costs through diligent budget tracking, change order management, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Pick up and deliver materials for crews throughout the day.

** Qualifications**
