A&M Home Services seeks dedicated siding laborers to join our team in Plymouth, IN. You will assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of siding on residential properties, working with vinyl and fiber cement materials. We value safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work under various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in siding installation or construction labor is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to Plymouth, IN and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of siding on residential properties.
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used for siding work.
• Measure, cut, and fit siding materials to ensure proper installation.
• Remove old siding when necessary.
• Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring they are safe and debris-free.
• Work at heights safely using ladders and scaffolding.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent A&M Services professionally.
