- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set, with extensive experience working on various construction projects, have great customer service skills, and be able to work with little to no oversight.

- Lead carpenter or experienced field technician
- Small-project remodeler
- Experienced handyman with strong carpentry skills
- 5+ years of residential construction experience in remodeling, carpentry, siding, or home improvement work
