This opportunity is for independent subcontractors only — this is NOT a W-2 employment position. We are looking to partner with qualified businesses and crews to complete residential siding installation projects for our customers.

What We Offer

• Consistent opportunities for residential siding installation projects.

• Established company with a growing customer base.

• Opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with Perfect Choice Home Solutions.

• Professional team support and project coordination.

• Opportunity to work with a locally owned, family-operated home improvement company.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience installing residential siding.

• An established siding installation business or crew.

• Your own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew.

• Valid business registration and any applicable licenses required for your work.

• Your own General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage, as applicable and required by law.

• Reliable communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Ability to complete projects according to agreed-upon schedules and quality standards.

• Commitment to keeping job sites clean and treating homeowners' properties with respect.

• References or examples of previous siding installation work preferred.

Independent Contractor Requirements

This is a subcontracting opportunity, not a traditional employment position. Subcontractors are responsible for their own business operations, tools, transportation, insurance, crew, and applicable taxes. Projects, scope of work, compensation, and payment terms will be established through a subcontractor agreement.
