Job summary

Ideal Siding in Burlington, VT is expanding its local network of qualified crews and is seeking reliable crew managers for current and future project-based work. You will lead teams on residential siding installations using vinyl, James Hardie, engineered wood, metal, cedar, and other products.

As a subcontractor, you’ll manage timelines, ensure quality workmanship, arrange materials deliveries, and coordinate with clients to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential siding installation.
• Reliable crew lead or manager.
• Own tools and equipment to complete the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete projects based on agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Other siding products as required by the project
