Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in residential and light commercial construction or 2 years in estimating.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts in building construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform material take-offs from blueprints for residential and commercial designs.
• Review construction documents and material lists for accuracy.
• Support outside sales representatives with estimates and follow-ups.

Skills

Understanding of exterior siding and trim

Ability to read blueprints

Building material sales experience

Working knowledge of Professional Estimating Software

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
