Job summary

Builders Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to prepare delivery loads, follow planned routes, and assist with returns. This role requires operating a tandem truck and forklift, delivering building materials to job sites, and providing excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Training is provided for forklift operation, and safety policies must be followed daily. Qualified candidates will have a valid CDL, a clean driving record, be able to lift heavy loads (>50 lbs), and

• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tandem-truck with a donkey truck and forklift.
• Deliver and pick up building materials to job sites.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Assist in loading/unloading onto/off trucks or customer vehicles.
• Move materials with a forklift (will train).
• Maintain company vehicle per safety policies.
