Job summary

Topper Construction is seeking a skilled exterior siding installer to manage projects from tear-off to finished exterior. The role involves installing vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, and other siding products, along with weatherproofing and trim work.

Candidate will ensure proper water management, maintain a clean job site, and complete projects on schedule with high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must hold jurisdictional contractor or trade license.
• General liability insurance required.
• Workers' compensation insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Tear off, preparing the exterior surface.
• Install weather barrier and flashing.
• Secure and align siding panels, seal joints and finish with trim according to manufacturer's best practices.
• Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Install vinyl, fiber cement, engineered wood, or other siding products according to manufacturer specifications.
• Install trim, soffit, fascia, and other exterior finishing components.
• Flash and weatherproof openings to ensure proper water management.
• Remove existing siding when required and dispose of materials properly.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
