Qualifications

• 2 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Compliance with COVID-19 safety mandates and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Site setup/prep and cleanup, unloading material.
• Demolition, framing and Weather Resistant Barrier (WRB) installation.
• Rain screen systems, windows and doors with proper flashings.
• Deck remodeling and siding installation (James Hardie, cedar, metal, and other exotic pieces).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2 years of professional carpentry experience and/or be able to perform the following tasks as needed for each job:
  • Site setup/prep and cleanup, unloading material, demolition, framing, install Weather Resistant Barrier (WRB-paper/house wrap), rain screen systems, windows & doors with proper flashings, deck remodeling, and cutting then installation of various types of siding (James Hardie, cedar, metal, and other custom-made exotic pieces)
• Valid driver's license
• Professional history of accountability and honesty with provided references
• Compliance with COVID-19 construction mandates - masks, sanitizing, temperature checks, and more
