Telluride Ski & Golf, operating CS Venue in Telluride, seeks an experienced fine dining server to provide exceptional guest experiences at elevation. You will present menus, guide wine selections, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with the kitchen and service staff.
Requirements include 3–5 years in fine dining, basic wine knowledge, and availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience at CS Venue is preferred.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1-2 years as wait staff in fine dining establishment.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Basic understanding of RTP system.
Must be able to function effectively at 10,000 feet above sea level.
