Job summary

The Kelly Automotive Group is seeking a Service Valet to join our team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate drives with a clean record, provides excellent customer service, and helps transport customers safely and professionally.

You will monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance, assist with lot cleanliness and organization, and support service drive operations. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from destinations in a professional and safe manner using the courtesy shuttle.
• Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel levels.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking lot; assist with snow removal.
• Run errands for the dealership as directed and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Use good judgment and comply with traffic regulations; notify service manager of servicing needs.
