Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Shuttle Operations Shift Supervisor to oversee safe, reliable shuttle services during an assigned shift. You will supervise 12-15 shuttle operators and serve as the on‑shift operational lead for staffing, route coverage, fleet readiness, attendance, and break coordination.

The ideal candidate combines hands‑on transportation leadership with strong situational awareness, clear communication, and accountability for safety and service excellence on every shift.

Job description

The Shuttle Operations Shift Supervisor oversees safe, reliable, and professional shuttle operations during an assigned shift. This role directly supervises approximately 12-15 shuttle operators and serves as the primary operational leader responsible for staffing, route coverage, fleet readiness, attendance, break coordination, customer service, safety compliance, and shift communication. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on transportation leader with strong situational awareness, sound decision‑making skills, professional communication, and a commitment to accountability, safety, and service excellence.

Shift: First or Third Shift Available

Compensation:

$30 per hour (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
