Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor (Non CDL) at DEN. You’ll supervise transportation staff, lead safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires flexibility in shifts and strong leadership to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include incident reporting, coordinating depot and vehicle maintenance, and effective guest communication.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, transit, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of transportation safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
  • Ability to pass all required background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record reviews.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide eligibility documentation (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate transportation staff, including scheduling, delegating tasks, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead safety initiatives, driver assessments, ride‑alongs, and feedback on safe driving practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state/local regulations and company procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
  • Monitor maintenance of the depot, vehicles, and facilities for safety and cleanliness.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests and clients with professional communication.
  • Respond to accidents, incidents, or service disruptions and document investigations.
  • Complete and review incident reports and related documentation.
  • Maintain consistent communication with guests, drivers, dispatchers, and management.
  • May periodically support frontline operations to ensure service continuity.

Position: Shuttle Operations Supervisor ( Non CDL )

Location: Denver International Airport

Shift: Shifts will vary

Pay range: $25 - $27/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support all transportation staff, including scheduling, delegating responsibilities, coaching, performance monitoring, and progressive discipline, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Lead, implement, and reinforce all safety initiatives, including conducting driver assessments, ride‑along, and providing constructive feedback on safe driving techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state/provincial, and local transportation regulations and company operating procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment, responding effectively to operational challenges as they arise.
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance of the bus depot, vehicles, and associated premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for guests and clients, using professional and respectful communication to resolve questions, concerns, and escalated service issues.
  • Respond immediately to accidents, incidents, service disruptions, or safety concerns, ensuring proper mitigation and communication.
  • Accurately complete, review, and submit Incident Reports, investigations, and documentation in accordance with prescribed protocols.
  • Maintain professional, consistent communication with guests, clients, drivers, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and management at all times.
  • As business needs dictate, may be required to periodically step in and support frontline operations, including covering shifts or assisting Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Dispatchers to maintain service continuity.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to inspect vehicles and facilities, including bending, crouching, and climbing steps
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 25 pounds
  • Ability to respond quickly to emergencies or incidents
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Work is primarily performed at a transportation depot and in outdoor environments
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, vehicle exhaust, and traffic‑related environments
  • Fast‑paced, operational setting requiring adaptability and situational awareness
  • Occasional driving of company vehicles may be required
