Vacatia is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver at Vacation Village at Parkway in Kissimmee, FL. You will act as the first point of contact for guests, providing safe shuttle service and helping with luggage during check-in/out.

You will greet guests, share information about resort amenities and local attractions, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times. This role requires staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays on a busy resort schedule.

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous driving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional shuttle service for guests using company vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Share information about resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep vehicles and luggage carts clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Support the Front Desk and other departments with guest service needs.
• Follow all safety policies and report any issues promptly to management.
