Job summary

Honda of Serramonte, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, dependable transportation for customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused service and the ability to follow dealership policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated destinations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout each interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and dealership driving policies.
• Coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs with the service department.
• Assist with other dealership duties as needed.
