Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Milford, PA is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver / Office Attendant to join our Service Department. You’ll help transport customers, answer phones, and support dealership operations. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, paid time off, and benefits.

Ideal candidates are dependable, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and with the team. Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Friendly, professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and willing to help wherever needed.
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other local destinations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle
• Help with general office and dealership tasks
• Answer phones and direct customers when needed
• Move vehicles around the dealership/service area as necessary
• Keep the waiting area and customer-facing areas neat and presentable
• Help our Service Advisors and other team members keep the department running smoothly
