Job summary

Goodyear is hiring a Shuttle Driver in Findlay, OH. You will safely transport client vehicles to Goodyear facilities and assist with tire mounting, balancing, and oil changes under guidance of experienced technicians. Comprehensive training provided; no prior experience required.

We offer $18/hour with a $1 shift differential and a benefits package including medical plans, 401(k), certification reimbursement and paid vacations. Must have a valid driver’s license and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and minimum age 18.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to lift, push and pull tires and stand, squat or bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport client vehicles to Goodyear locations for service.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, oil changes under supervision.
• Assist technicians with routine maintenance tasks as directed.
