Job summary

New Country Motor Car Group in Hartford, CT is seeking reliable Shuttle Drivers for both full-time and part-time roles. You will transport customers and dealership personnel, maintain clean vehicles, and support daily deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, ability to drive cross-state routes, basic automotive knowledge, and a safety‑minded approach. Training is provided, with growth opportunities in a family‑owned environment.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive across surrounding states to transport vehicles.
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Communication with management/prep department for daily deliveries.
• Dealer Swaps.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Weather related clean up when needed.
• Building and ground maintenance as needed.
