Job summary

GEODIS in the United States seeks a delivery driver to securely deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations in a timely manner.

You will plan efficient routes, obtain required signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, and hold a valid state driver’s license. The role offers flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits.

What you will be doing:

• Securely delivers packages, documents, and other items to intended location or recipient in a timely manner.
• Plans the most efficient and expedient delivery route from place to place; organizes deliveries accordingly.
• Obtains required signatures at time of delivery.
• Maintains accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of packages

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid state driver’s license
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
• Ability to write daily reports and correspondence
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments
