Job summary

Cape Resorts Group is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver to transport guests between Congress Hall Hotel and Beach Plum Farm in West Cape May. You will greet guests, assist them on and off the shuttle, keep the vehicle clean, and log daily ridership.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the Cape May area. High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in a public-facing role are preferred.

Position Overview:Shuttle driver for guest of Cape Resorts. Primarily, the shuttle runs between Congress Hall Hotel and our farm, Beach Plum Farm is West Cape May.These duties may be described as, but not limited to:Greet and welcome guest upon arrival and departure from the shuttle.Assist guests on and off the shuttle.Keep shuttle clean at all times.Complete a daily ridership logRequired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Valid DL with good driving recordGood communication skills.Professional, Welcoming and Out-going personality.Knowledge of Cape May areaMinimum Qualifications:High school or equivalent education required.One to two years in a public contact position.
