Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking a Shuttle Driver (Automobile) to safely move vehicles from staging areas to parking bays and keep the yard organized. You will label destinations, assist in consolidating vehicles and ensure proper loading lane flow, while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic. Training is provided and a path for advancement exists within ConGlobal’s multi-modal operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow safety requirements and practices.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely, including manual transmission (manual transmission experience preferred, but not required).
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.

Shuttle Driver (Automobile) is responsible for safely driving automobiles from the staging area to their designated parking bays. This role ensures vehicles are properly marked, consolidated, and parked in the correct locations while adhering to safety protocols for vehicle operation.

  • The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
