This requires good posture and the ability to remain seated for extended periods. Operating a shuttle involves various physical movements, including steering, braking, accelerating, and maneuvering the vehicle. Shuttle drivers need to have good coordination and the ability to react quickly to traffic situations. Shuttle drivers must frequently enter and exit the vehicle to assist passengers, conduct inspections, or handle other tasks. This requires flexibility and the ability to climb in and out of the driver's seat. Depending on the nature of the shuttle service, drivers may need to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, which could involve helping with luggage, backpacks, or other items.
