Reports to: Director of Mountain Adventures

The shuttle driver safely transports guests across the resort using a tram or shuttle.

  • Smile and be welcoming!
  • Prioritize safety for yourself and guests.
  • Drive guests on scheduled trips on and off the property, ensuring passenger safety.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide maps, directions, and information as needed.
  • Maintain shuttles: check gas, oil, cleanliness (interior and exterior); complete daily reports; report malfunctions.
  • Use radios professionally to communicate with hotel staff.

Is this the job for me:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Valid PA State-issued CDL-P driver’s license (preferred but not required).
  • Clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate a 12- to 25-passenger shuttle.
  • Ability to drive a truck with a tram attached.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages are a plus.
