Job summary

Keystone Quality Transport in Philadelphia is seeking Paratransit Drivers to join our team. You will provide compassionate, reliable transport services to participants, their families, and facilities, while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; CDL preferred; Delaware requires Z endorsement; Maryland requires PSC Certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• COVID vaccination required for dedicated PACE Drivers.
• One year of related driving or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Basic computer skills (timekeeping and documentation are electronic).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam (DOT may be required), and background check.

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with passengers, families, facilities, and dispatch.
