Job summary

Shelton Public Schools seeks a Girls Lacrosse Head Coach at Shelton High School for the Spring season of the 2026-2027 school year. The coach will lead training, develop game plans, and mentor student-athletes to compete at a high level.

The role requires coaching experience at the high school level, current CPR/AED/First Aid, Concussion Management, and Connecticut State Coaching Certificate #600. Stipend is per the Shelton Education Association contract and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching high school lacrosse.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Concussion Management certification is required.
• Connecticut State Coaching Certificate #600 is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Girls Lacrosse Head Coach for Shelton High School.
• Plan and conduct practices and games.
• Coordinate with the athletic department and school administration.
