Your role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and maintain a clean driving record. You will collaborate with teams, use the G.E.R.S. program, and follow safety protocols to uphold store operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean Driving Record (MVR for past 5 years).
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness to learn; potential to take on leadership roles with tenure.
• Strong reading, analysis, and relationship-building with staff and customers.
• Proficient with ERP/office software; comfortable with spreadsheets and database apps.
• Problem-solving with timely resolution and collaboration.
• Adheres to safety and security procedures; attentive to detail.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Showroom Transfer Driver position plays a vital role in supporting store operations by safely and efficiently transporting furniture and merchandise from the warehouse to local showroom locations. This position is responsible for ensuring products are delivered on time, handled with care to prevent damage, and accurately accounted for during loading and unloading. The driver helps maintain inventory flow between locations, supports showroom readiness, and contributes to a positive customer experience by ensuring products are available for display and sale. Adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and delivery schedules is essential to the success of this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and stage merchandise for showroom deliveries in a safe and timely manner. General delivery truck maintenance and upkeep. Perform related duties as assigned by management.
