Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Physically demanding, hands-on role involving lifting, moving, pushing, and rearranging furniture.
• Assist with furniture displays and keep showroom clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Move and arrange furniture throughout showroom and warehouse.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading trucks.
• Adjust showroom lighting and replace bulbs as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum showroom floors; clean restrooms and common areas.
• Dust displays and remove trash; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Work with store leadership to ensure customer-ready presentation.

What You’ll Do

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that involves frequent lifting, moving, pushing, and rearranging furniture, along with routine cleaning and general showroom maintenance. You'll assist with furniture displays and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Showroom & Furniture Support

• Assist the Visual Merchandiser or Store Manager with setting up furniture displays and maintaining the showroom’s appearance
• Move and arrange furniture throughout the showroom and warehouse
• Assist with receiving deliveries and loading and unloading trucks
• Perform floor moves of existing furniture and placement of new furniture
• Aim showroom lighting and replace bulbs as needed

Store Appearance & Upkeep

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain showroom floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, and common spaces
• Wash windows and glass surfaces to keep displays looking their best
• Dust furniture and décor displays
• Remove trash and break down cardboard from deliveries
• Help keep the stockroom and showroom clean, organized, and safe

You will work closely with store leadership to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
