This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in an automotive dealership, with opportunities to grow into service, sales, or other automotive paths. Expect a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on a high-volume lot.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Previous detailing, car wash, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, clean, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards.
• Polish, wax, and buff vehicles to enhance appearance and protect finishes.
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, door jambs, and other vehicle surfaces.
• Remove stains, odors, dirt, and debris from vehicle interiors.
• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation quality prior to display or delivery.
• Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Move, park, and stage vehicles as needed throughout dealership property.
• Report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to management.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning products and equipment.
