Base pay range

Our client, a jewelry brand, is hiring a Showroom Manager/Personal Assistant to join the team onsite in New York City.

Job Duties Include:

• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of wholesale orders
• Receive products and POs accurately, prepare shipments, and invoice when needed
• Ensure necessary shipping documentation is ready in advance including EDI transmission and ordering UPC tags
• Conduct inventory counts and manage inventory movement discrepancies and reconciliations as they arise
• Manage eCommerce order shipping and assist with product imagery as needed in product imagery
• Assist with showroom sales appointments and invoicing clients as needed
• Enter sale orders and invoicing entry in system
• Maintain merchandising and upkeep of showroom
• Assist in preparing trunk-show product assortments and track in the system
• Track all showroom and wholesale requested sample pieces
• Administrative and personal assistant duties as needed
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift.

Salary: $70k - $90k annually
